In 2024, the Company successfully redeemed EUR 3 million worth of bonds and issued a new EUR 5 million bond issue, aimed at finalizing the construction of the business center "Verde" in Riga.
"We successfully completed construction works in the first half of 2024. Roughly six months later, in January 2025, we fully leased all office spaces in the A and B buildings of the Verde complex. This is the strongest proof that we’ve chosen the right strategy—one that creates real value for both the Latvian business community and our investors. Our near-term plans include the continued development of similarly ambitious projects that offer stable returns," says Andrius Barštys, Chairman of the Board at Capitalica Asset Management.
The Company is a private limited liability company registered in the Republic of Lithuania on 5 October 2016. Its registered office is located at Upės st. 21-1, Vilnius.
