J. Molner AS (MOLNR) announces that Dave Berthold, President for the North American region at its subsidiary The J. Molner Company LLC, will step down from his position on his own initiative. Mr. Berthold will complete his responsibilities, and his resignation will take effect as of 6 June 2025.
Mr. Berthold has been a key part of J. Molner’s leadership team, contributing significantly to the company’s expansion and strengthening of operations in the United States and Canada. J. Molner AS thanks him for his contributions and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
The company has initiated the process of appointing a new regional leader and will provide further updates in due course.
