The supervisory board of J. Molner AS (hereinafter the Company) resolved on 29 August 2025 to extend the term of office of Jason Michael Atticus Grenfell-Gardner as the Management Board Member of the Company for a further three years as of 8 September 2025 until 7 September 2028.
