Nasdaq Tallinn decided on September 24, 2025 to add the observation status to the shares of Airobot Technologies AS (AIR, ISIN code: EE3100092792) based on the clauses 40.2.2.3. and 40.2.2.8. of First North Rules.
According to 6 month´ Interim Report of 2025 published by the Issuer on September 23, net assets of the Issuer no longer comply with the requirement set out in the Commercial Code.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert market participants.
