On September 27, 2022, the subsidiary of J. Molner AS, The J. Molner Company OÜ entered into a subordinated loan agreement with no specific repayment term, in relation to which annexes have been concluded on January 9, 2024 and December 9, 2024.
On September 29, 2025, the parties entered into a third annex of the agreement under which the lender granted The J. Molner Company OÜ additional loan in the amount of up to 2,500,000 USD. The interest rate applicable in respect of the additional amount is 7% per year.
The Company intends to use the amount made available under the loan to continue the development of its business operations.
