UAB Sostinės bokštai, legal entity code 304849153, registered office at Ozo st. 12A-1, 08200 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the Issuer).
The Issuer notifies that The Final Terms for Tranche 7 of UAB Sostinės bokštai notes issue, as authorised by the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer, dated 18 September 2025, were amended by the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer, dated 26 September 2025 (hereinafter - the Final Terms), due to the oversubscription of the notes within a short period of time by reducing the subscription period and other relevant dates being adjusted accordingly. The amended Final Terms for Tranche 7 specify the following dates:
