On 21 October 2025 Kõrveringi Kodud OÜ, the subsidiary of Everaus Kinnisvara AS, acquired properties located at Kõrveringi tee 6 and 8, Kõrveküla, Tartu County, with a total area of approximately 7,200 m2. Three apartment buildings with a total of 54 apartments will be comprised on the properties.
