Invego Latvia OÜ has completed the sale of a 50% stake in its subsidiary, Invego Marupe SIA, bringing in the EfTEN Capital’s EfTEN Special Opportunities Fund as a strategic partner for the development of Marupes Sirds residential district.
In the first phase of the Marupes Sirds residential development, located in the immediate vicinity of Riga, capital of Latvia, a total of 65 homes will be jointly developed, including 50 apartments and 15 terraced houses. During the pre-sale process, 13 homes have already been reserved. The architects of the residential development are Tectum Architects, a building permit was issued for the project in December 2025, and the developer for the residential area will be determined through a procurement process in the first quarter of 2026.
