Everaus Kinnisvara AS hereby notifies that Estonian resident individual investors who have acquired or intend to acquire Everaus Kinnisvara bonds (EVKB100028FA; ISIN EE0000002558) through an investment account may, in accordance with the Income Tax Act, defer the income tax liability arising from bond interest and receive the full interest payment to the investment account. For this purpose, an appropriate declaration must be submitted to the issuer.
The declaration must be submitted no later than 5 business days before the interest payment date. Declarations submitted later will be taken into account starting from the next interest payment. The declaration form is available at https://everaus.ee/en/income-tax-deferral/.
The bond interest payment dates are 22 January, 22 April, 22 July and 22 October. Interest payments will be made to those investors who, according to the register, are bondholders at the close of business 4 business days before the payment date.
Accordingly:
- the January 2026 interest payment will be made to investors who are bondholders as of 16 January 2026;
- the latest date for submitting the declaration is 15 January 2026.
This notice is a one-time notification. The issuer will not provide further reminders regarding interest payments or declaration deadlines.
