Everaus Kinnisvara - Company Announcement

Everaus Kinnisvara becomes Baltic market leader with opening of new Haabersti mini-storage complex

The facility is accessible to tenants 24/7, and the entire rental process is designed to be convenient and fast - contracts can be signed online in just a few minutes without leaving home or the office, or even via a smart device directly at the site.

"When we entered the mini-storage market in 2021, we wanted to break the memory of damp and dark basement cages and offer a modern storage solution that keeps pace with technological developments in the sector. Our first complex in Peetri was very well received, and the rapidly growing population of Haabersti has been eagerly awaiting this opening. A warm, secure storage space accessible 24/7 is the best way to solve permanent or temporary space shortages for both local residents and small businesses," commented Janar Muttik, CEO and founder of the company.

Everaus Kinnisvara introduced the first contactless mini-storage concept over four years ago in Peetri, where the complex continues to operate with 335 units. The development in Haabersti is a logical step in expanding the availability of this proven service.

This year, Everaus Kinnisvara raised capital through a bond issue, which was used to co-finance the construction of the Haabersti complex alongside bank loans and other real estate financing options. "The strongly performed emissions support the achievement of our strategic goals and the efficient implementation of our development plans. The new Haabersti complex and the Lennuradari expansion have been completed as planned, as have our residential developments in Luige and Järveküla," Muttik added.

The Haabersti mini-storage complex was completed in cooperation with Maru Ehitus AS.
