As part of Phase I of Kindluse Kodu, 36 units will be built: six semi-detached houses and six terraced houses. The planned completion time for this phase is late summer 2026. The main contractor for the construction works is OÜ NOBE.
Kindluse Kodu is an integrated residential quarter located on the border of Tallinn in Järveküla, with a total project size of 169 units. The project consists of several development phases and includes terraced houses, semi-detached houses, private houses, and residential plots.
