The main business activities of Grab2Go AS have not changed significantly compared to the previous reporting period. The company continues focused work on the development and market introduction of autonomous pharmacy and retail technology.
During 2025, the company’s development was most influenced by the formation of the regulatory framework for self-service pharmacies. This process is still ongoing in Estonia, and its final content and timing directly affect the speed of bringing our solutions to market and the scalability of the business model. Grab2Go is an active participant in these discussions, contributing its expertise to discussions shaping the development of the sector.
As in the previous period, targeted work with focus markets continued, where we see a growing need for solutions that improve access to medicines in sparsely populated areas.
The company’s focus remains on product development, including the further development of the software and hardware platform, to meet both market expectations and new regulatory requirements. Operating expenses have been optimized and reduced to a minimum. The company operates with maximum cost efficiency while ensuring the continuity of critical development activities.
Management assesses that Grab2Go’s breakthrough and growth in the near future depend primarily on two factors – the clarification of the regulatory environment and the raising of additional capital. Both are essential prerequisites for broader commercialization of the solution and the launch of active sales activities.
Although the operating environment is characterized by continued regulatory uncertainty, management is confident that the demand for autonomous pharmacy solutions will grow both in Estonia and internationally. Grab2Go has the necessary technological capability and market position to successfully realize these opportunities.
