The consolidated revenue of AS Bercman Technologies (hereinafter “Bercman”) for the first quarter of 2026 was 470,514 euros showing an 25% increase compared to the same period last year (Q1 2025: 375,094 euros).
Proprietary Products
The installation of Smart Pedestrian Crosswalks took place in the first quarter in Serbia and Greece, and new traffic safety equipment sets were delivered to Greece. Orders for the supply of Smart Pedestrian Crosswalks were received from new markets, including Iceland and Bulgaria. These deliveries will be carried out in the second quarter. To offer Smart Pedestrian Crosswalks in the Lithuanian market, a distributor agreement was concluded with the local company UAB Eismo Valdymo Sistemos.
The fulfilment of DC fast charger orders for electric vehicles continued in Norway. In the first quarter, customers were supplied with 30 kW mobile chargers with a single charging cable and 60 kW Wallbox-type fast chargers with two charging cables. The fast charger development team focused on a 60 kW charger designed for marine conditions, with the aim of ensuring the suitability of chargers with robust environmental protection and corrosion resistance for ports and the wider maritime sector. Greater focus during the first half of the year as a whole is being directed toward the development of an ultra-fast charger with a capacity of up to 600 kW.
Development Services
In the engineering services segment, most first-quarter development activity was related to electric vehicle charging solutions. Cooperation was initiated with new clients in the defence sector, and product development needs were discussed and mapped with companies in the infrastructure construction, industrial, retail, and medical technology sectors.
Partner Network Expansion
Meetings were held with prospective partners in Sweden and Norway to expand the EV charger distribution network. In addition, steps were taken to introduce Smart Pedestrian Crosswalks as a new market opportunity in the Eastern European and Caucasus region. In the engineering services segment, cooperation opportunities were discussed with international electronics manufacturing companies.
