The Kangru Kodu development project as a whole comprises a cohesive residential quarter with 48 housing units, including terraced houses, detached houses, and residential plots. The infrastructure for the development has already been completed. The total estimated invest
ment volume of the project is approximately EUR 12.7 million. Within the first three months of the sales period, 50% of the homes to be completed in Phase I have already been sold.
