Everaus Kinnisvara AS hereby announces an extension of the publication deadline for its audited annual report for 2025.
The audit process has proven to be more time-consuming than initially anticipated due to the number of group entities and the volume and complexity of transactions carried out during the reporting period. Additional time is required to ensure the high quality of the report and compliance with applicable requirements.
The new publication date for the audited annual report is 31 May 2026.
The Company will inform the market of the report’s publication at the earliest opportunity.
