According to the decision made by the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn on May 5th, 2026, the bonds of Yook OÜ, each with a nominal value of EUR 1000 (EUR 11.00 YOOK BONDS 26-2029, ISIN code: EE0000004026) will be admitted to trading on Baltic First North Bond List after the conditions set by the Committee have been met.
The aforementioned conditions are met as of May 15th, 2026.
Proceeding from the above and according to the results of the offering, a total of 4,486 Yook OÜ bonds will be admitted to trading on the Baltic First North Bond List as of May 18th, 2026, or on a date close to it.
