The Kõrveringi Kodud development consists of five residential buildings with a total of 90 apartments. The first phase includes the construction of three apartment buildings located at Kõrveringi 8, Kõrveringi 6/1 and Kõrveringi 6/2, providing a total of 54 apartments. The first apartment building is scheduled for completion in autumn 2027.
The architectural concept was designed by Arhitektibüroo Korrus, and the project architect is Indrek Kallas. Construction works are carried out by Everaus RED OÜ, while the first construction phase is financed by Hüpoteeklaen OÜ.
Kõrveringi Kodud is Everaus Kinnisvara's latest residential development, designed to offer modern, thoughtfully planned homes in a rapidly developing and well-planned living environment near Tartu. The project focuses on high-quality architecture, energy-efficient solutions and functional layouts that support everyday living.
The three-storey buildings will feature lifts and contemporary architecture, as well as functional apartment layouts, private storage units and dedicated storage areas for bicycles and prams. At the heart of the development will be a landscaped courtyard with a community garden, children's playground, recreational areas, a communal gathering space and bicycle parking.
The entire first phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
