Rovsing A/S (the “Company”) hereby announces that the publication of the Company's Annual Report for the financial year 2025/26, previously scheduled for 15 September 2026, has been postponed to 25 September 2026.
As part of the completion of the audit of the Annual Report, the Company's auditor has requested additional documentation supporting the Company's liquidity position for the relevant going concern period.
The Company's current liquidity forecast assumes the receipt of certain budgeted customer orders. As a precautionary measure in the event that such orders are delayed or do not materialise as budgeted, certain of the Company's major shareholders have made a credit facility available to the Company.
The Company expects the required arrangements and documentation to be finalised in time for completion and publication of the Annual Report on 25 September 2026.
The date of the Company's Annual General Meeting remains unchanged and will be held on 20 October 2026.
Accordingly, the Company's financial calendar has been updated as follows:
