BactiQuant A/S ("BactiQuant" eller "Selskabet") har nu registreret kapitalforhøjelsen som følge af afslutningen af rettet emission hos erhvervsstyrelsen. BactiQuant henviser til selskabsmeddelse af 21. oktober 2026, hvor det blev annonceret at der er tegnet i alt 4.135.873 nye aktier af nominelt DKK 0,05 svarende til en samlet kapitalforhøjelse på nominelt DKK 206.793,65 modsvarende til en kapitalforhøjelse på DKK 9,22 mio.
De nye aktier oppebærer de samme rettigheder som eksisterende aktier i henhold til BactiQuants vedtægter og forventes at blive optaget til handel i selskabets eksisterende ISIN-kode DK0061417730 på First North Growth Market den 29. oktober 2026
Den samlede kapital i BactiQuant udgør efter emissionen i alt DKK 2.082.886,45 fordelt på 41.657.729 aktier af nom. 0,05 svarende til 41.657.729 stemmer.
