Changes to the Board of Directors of Dovre Group Plc (in debt restructuring proceedings)
Counselor of Entrepreneurship (a Finnish honorary title), Mr. Aaron Michelin resigned today from the Board of Directors of Dovre Group Plc (the “Company”), which is currently in debt restructuring proceedings.
The Company thanks Counselor Michelin for his significant contributions to the Company.
