BluOr Bank invites to join its webinar on September 10th regarding the the upcoming public bond offering
BluOr Bank invites investors and all interested parties to participate in a webinar organized by the bank regarding the planned subordinated bond issuance. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, September 10, at 10:00 AM (Baltic time).

The webinar will be hosted by Pauls Miklasevics, BluOr Bank Chief Investment Officer (CIO). During the webinar attendees will be introduced to the Bank’s financial results, its strategy and development plans, as well as the public bond offering. After the presentation attendees will have a chance to ask their questions to the Bank’s representatives.

About the Bond Offering
BluOr Bank is offering investors in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania the opportunity to purchase subordinated bonds. The total planned issuance volume is EUR 30 million, divided into several tranches. Conditions of the first tranche: 10% fixed annual interest rate, the nominal value of the bonds is EUR 1,000, with interest payments made quarterly.
The subscription period will run from September 9 to September 27.
