Stock exchange release – Decisions of Annual General Meeting

At Nordea Hypotek AB’s (publ) Annual General Meeting of the shareholder on 13 March 2024 it was resolved to adopt the income statement and the balance sheet for financial year 2023. The general meeting resolved, out of available profits of SEK 32,560,925,281, to pay a dividend to Nordea Bank Abp equalling SEK 289,233,804 and that remaining available profits of SEK 32,271,691,477 be carried forward.
