Changes in UAB Modus Grupė management

Following the notice of resignation of Simon Rozas due to a potential conflict of interest arising while taking another managerial duties, the sole shareholder of UAB Modus Grupė has adopted the decision to revoke Simon Rozas from the Supervisory Board effective as of 2 December 2022. Supervisory Board of UAB Modus Grupė has resolved to elect Kęstutis Bagdonavičius as the Chair of the Supervisory Board as of 2 December 2022.

The current composition of UAB Modus Grupė Supervisory Board is the following - Kęstutis Bagdonavičius (the Chair of the Supervisory Board), Saulius Umbrasas, Kęstutis Martinkėnas and Jolanta Martinkėnienė.
