AS Bercman Technologies 4th quarter and 12 months of 2024 unaudited consolidated sales revenue

Bercman Technologies AS (hereinafter referred to as “Bercman”) reported consolidated revenue of €504,579 for the fourth quarter of 2024, representing a 27% year-on-year increase compared to €396,836 in the fourth quarter of 2023. The consolidated revenue for the 12 months of 2024 amounted to €1.54 million, compared to €1.67 million in 2023.

Mart Suurkask, CEO of Bercman: "The fourth quarter of last year demonstrated strong sales performance, reflecting the consistent efforts and dedication of our entire team. A significant focus was placed on electric vehicle charging solutions, both in providing development services and advancing our own fast-charging products."

In the fourth quarter, development services were exported to the markets of Finland, Singapore, and Switzerland in addition to serving clients in Estonia. In November, the subsidiary Krakul OÜ entered into an agreement with Harju Elekter Group AS for the development of an alternating current (AC) charger for electric vehicles (as announced in the stock exchange release dated 11 November 2024).

In terms of proprietary products, smart pedestrian crosswalks were delivered to the cities of Benkovac and Semeljici in Croatia, while the installation of a pedestrian crossing safety system was completed in the city of Lamia, Greece. In Estonia, new pedestrian crosswalks were installed in Harju County, specifically in the municipalities of Saue and Viimsi. To provide an overview of pedestrian and traffic statistics for the Põlva Smart Road, a public website, nutitee.ee, was launched. The site displays anonymised numerical data about the road’s users, offering valuable insights into traffic patterns.

To identify business opportunities and establish connections for electric vehicle charging solutions in the Persian Gulf region, Bercman participated in the Estonian Foreign Minister’s business delegation visit to Qatar. To strengthen networking relationships and introduce the range of development services offered, the company also took part in the EMS&Beyond 2024 seminar, organised by the Estonian Electronics Industry Association, and the annual conference of the Estonian Defence and Aerospace Industry Association in Tallinn.

To develop a structured innovation strategy for its development services, the team is participating in the Top Innovators Programme, organised by the EIS Enterprise Estonia, which runs until June 2025.

Bercman, founded in 2016, is a technology company listed on Nasdaq First North, specialising in development services, creation of proprietary products, and provision of comprehensive technology systems. The Bercman consolidation group comprises the parent company AS Bercman Technologies and its subsidiaries, Bercman Energy OÜ and Krakul OÜ.
