Hestio AS (the ‘Company’), a workspace solutions provider, announces changes to its management team.

Ms. Inga Zobena is joining the Company as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She succeeds Mr. Reinis Tutāns, who has led the Company’s financial operations for over five years and will be pursuing opportunities outside of the organisation.

Ms. Zobena has previously held executive positions as CFO and CEO at SIA Olimpiskais Sporta Centrs, where she managed finances and daily operations. She has also earned two higher education degrees in finance and management fields.

Reinis Tutāns, the current CFO and a member of the Management Board, will step down from his role by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board, effective February 28, 2025.

Following this transition, the Management Board of Hestio AS will temporarily operate with three members: Ivars Muzikants, Toms Bergs, and Gustavs Dreimanis.
