Nasdaq will transfer its Nordic power futures business to Euronext and Nord Pool, migrating open interest in Nordic Power and EPAD futures on March 14, 2026. Afterward, Nasdaq will discontinue all commodities services by June 30, 2026.
From March 16, 2026, all trading and clearing for these products will occur on Euronext; Nasdaq activity will cease.
Action Required: Members must switch front-end connectivity to Euronext before March 16, 2026, to avoid disruption. Late transitions may lead to limited access. Early activation ensures seamless service.
Trading Access Suspension Option: During the migration weekend (March 13-15, 2026), members may request suspension of their Nasdaq trading access on Monday, March 16, 2026, to prevent accidental trading on the Nasdaq Oslo exchange instead of Euronext Amsterdam. Suspension will be granted if consent is provided, all open interest is migrated, and no residual positions remain after migration.
