Changes in the financial calendar of ELMO Rent AS for 2023
In the financial calendar for 2023, published on 18 January 2023, ELMO Rent AS (hereinafter ELMO) announced that unaudited interim financial statements for the six months period ended 30 June 2023 will be published on 29 September 2023.
Due to the decision to change ELMO’s accounting principles, the publishing of the unaudited interim financial statements for the six-month period is delayed. The management of ELMO has decided to take into account the technology developed by the company over the years as an intangible fixed asset, capitalizing the costs incurred for the development of this technology. In the opinion of the management, this change allows for a more objective reflection of financial condition of the company, currently, over the years, large expenditures have been made for the development of technology, from which the company will only receive economic benefits in the future.
The company will publish unaudited interim financial statements for the six months period ended 30 June 2023 as soon as possible, but no later than 20 October 2023.
