Change in substantial holding
As a result of the entry regarding the increase of the share capital of Arco Vara AS made in the Commercial Register on 4 November, 2016 (see 7 November, 2016 announcement), on 7 November, 2016, OÜ ALARMO KAPITAL obtained the new shares issued by Arco Vara AS. In connection with obtaining new shares as of 7 November 2016, OÜ ALARMO KAPITAL owns 13.68% of the voting shares of Arco Vara AS.
