AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) hereby declares that it has still not managed to prevent the reasons indicated in announcements of April 30th, 2024, June 12th, 2024, July 23rd, 2024, August 30th, 2024, October 04th, 2024, January 16th, 2025, February 28th, 2025, and April 03rd, 2025, for which an audited financial report of 2023 is not yet published.
The Company confirms that it actively and in close cooperation with its auditors takes all possible measures to complete the audit of the financial report of 2023 as soon as possible and to approve an audited financial report of 2023 at the next Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
According to the measures taken up to date, the Company intends to publish an audited financial report of 2023 in May 2025.
The Company also informs that at the same time as the auditing of the financial report of 2023, it has also initiated the preparation of the financial report of 2024, while noting that although the preparation of the financial report of 2023 is an essential precondition for the preparation, auditing and publication of the financial report of 2024, but for the purposes of providing financial information to investors, the Company intends to publish an unaudited financial report of 2024 in June 2025.
