Exercise of employee options

Kaunas, Lithuania, 2023-04-20 09:11 CEST -- On 19.04.2023, the option contracts signed on 16.03.2020 with the company's employees were partially implemented. During the implementation of these contracts, eleven employees of the company were transferred 10,350 shares of the company. After this transaction, the company has 25,568 units of its own shares.
