Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in bonds of FERN Group, UAB (FERN090026FA, ISIN code LT0000409633) from 15 December 2025.
The trading in these bonds will be suspended due to early redemption following the provision of item 29.10 of the Rules of the First North in Lithuania.
FERN Group, UAB announced that it will redeem the bond issue on 19 December, 2025.
