On the change of the director, secretary, and registered office of Sun Finance Treasury Limited
Sun Finance Treasury Limited (hereinafter - the Company) hereby informs that, based on the shareholders' decision, from 06.12.2021. the following changes have been made:
1) Mr. Jānis Kundziņš has been appointed as a director of the Company;
2) Mr. Frank Chetcuti Dimech has been appointed as a director of the Company;
3) Company Secretary is changed to CDF Company Services Ltd;
4) Registered office is changed to 20, Cannon Road, St Venera SVR9039, Malta.
The former director and secretary of the Company have been removed from their positions.
