Restructuring operations of SIA EUROLCDS, a subsidiary of HansaMatrix's associate company SIA Lightspace Technologies

Riga, 2023-03-28 13:05 CEST -- Considering the additional challenges created by the overall macroeconomic situation, the management board of subsidiary company SIA EUROLCDS (reg. no. 41203040030) (hereinafter - EUROLCDS), which has been producing liquid crystal display products in Ventspils since 2013, submitted a request to the court to initiate a legal protection process (hereinafter - LPP).

EUROLCDS LPP was initiated in the Kurzeme district court on March 16, 2023 and its main goal is to restructure the operation of EUROLCDS by attracting additional funding to stabilize the company's business operations.

SIA Lightspace Technologies (reg. no. 40103758550) owns 83.81% of the capital of EUROLCDS. AS HansaMatrix owns 100% of AS Lightspace Holding, which owns 53.39% of Lightspace Group Inc, which is the sole owner of 100% of the capital shares of SIA Lightspace Technologies.
