On June 30th, 2026, the Management Board of Nasdaq Tallinn decided to approve the additional admission to trading application of AS Bercman Technologies and to list its 9,000 additional shares on Baltic First North List.
Proceeding from the above, the aforementioned shares of AS Bercman Technologies will be admitted to trading on July 1st, 2026, or on a date close to it.
Thus, altogether 1,483,253 shares of Bercman Technologies (ISIN: EE3100076407) will be traded with under the trading code BERCM on or about July 1st, 2026.
