Changes at the Management Board of DelfinGroup
As of December 18, 2024, Andrejs Aleksandrovičs, a finance expert who currently holds the position of CFO, has joined the Management Board of DelfinGroup, making a significant contribution to the development of the company's financial management and the achievement of its future goals.
Andrejs Aleksandrovičs is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of experience. He has extensive experience as a finance expert in global companies such as Worldline, Brink's, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
"DelfinGroup continues to develop a strong management team for the future growth of the company. With Andrejs joining our team, we have taken an important step in strengthening the company’s financial management and long-term development. His extensive experience and strong leadership skills will contribute significantly to the growth of the finance team and support DelfinGroup in achieving its ambitious growth plans. For example, we aim to increase the pre-tax profit indicator by 30% next year. Additionally, we will continue to work with diversified funding sources such as bonds, banks, investment platforms, and others," said Didzis Ādmīdiņš, Chairman of the Management Board of DelfinGroup.
Meanwhile, newly appointed Member of the Management Board Andrejs Aleksandrovičs said: "DelfinGroup is a dynamic company with high growth potential, and I am delighted to join the team of professionals and contribute to strengthening the finance team and supporting the strategic goals of the company.”
With the changes, the Management Board of DelfinGroup will be composed of Chairman of the Management Board Didzis Ādmīdiņš, and members Nauris Bloks and Andrejs Aleksandrovičs. Aldis Umblejs, the current Member of the Management Board, decided to leave his position.
