CleanR Grupa announces fixing coupon rate for a floating-rate bond effective from 31 March 2024.

The new coupon rate for secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing listed on Nasdaq First North is as follows:

• CleanR Grupa 3Y bond, maturity on 9 December 2025, coupon rate for period from 31 March 2025 until 29 June 2025 (including) is now 8,865 %. The coupon for this period will be paid on 30 June 2025.

The previous coupon rate for secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing listed on Nasdaq First North was following:

• CleanR Grupa 3Y bond, maturity on 9 December 2025, coupon rate for period from 31 December 2024 until 30 March 2025 (including) was 9,272 %.
