Vilnius, Lithuania, 2022-03-01 10:05 CET -- INVL Asset Management is suspending the sale, redemption and exchange of units of the INVL Russia ex-Government Equity Subfund

INVL Asset Management (hereinafter – the Management Company), in view of restrictions on trading on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX), which prevent trading and/or proper valuation of some of the securities comprising the subfund's portfolio, and seeking to protect the interests of participants, is suspending the sale, redemption and exchange of units of the INVL Russia ex-Government Equity Subfund, as well as the execution of orders which have been submitted.

The suspension shall apply from 1 March 2022 to 1 June 2022 or until a separate decision of the Management Company shall be published in the same manner as this notice.

Orders submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in the fund’s documents by 11:00 a.m. on 25 February 2022 will be executed in the normal manner.
