24Storage AB (publ) publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of its subsequent bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

24Storage AB (publ) (the "Company") has on 24 August 2021 issued senior unsecured subsequent bonds in an amount of SEK 60,000,000 under its existing framework of up to SEK 800,000,000 with ISIN SE0014957551, on the Swedish bond market. The bonds carry a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 7.50 per cent. per annum and matures on 5 October 2023.

The Company will apply for listing of the subsequent bonds on the Corporate Bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. The bonds will be admitted to trading at Nasdaq Stockholm as soon as possible.
 
In connection with this, the Company has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017. The prospectus will be available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and on the Company's website (www.24storage.se).
