Mainor Ülemiste AS signed a loan agreement with OP Bank of over 11 million euros for the construction of a new educational complex
Mainor Ülemiste, the developer of Ülemiste City, and OP Bank signed a loan agreement of 11.7 million euros to finance the construction of a new educational complex.
The new educational complex brings together both local and international educational institutions from kindergarten to university. The IT Faculty of the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, International School of Tallinn, Emil School and Kalli-Kalli Kindergarten will move under one roof, where it is possible to acquire education in Estonian, English and French.
Students, teachers and parents, as well as specialists from the University of Tartu movement laboratory were involved in the design of the complex, which accommodates almost 850 students, to create an inviting, supportive and environmentally friendly complex.
The construction of the building at Valukoja 7 will start in the summer of this year and be completed by beginning of 2023.
OP Bank is a long-term financial partner of Mainor Ülemiste. In addition to office building developments, they have helped to develop Ülemiste Health Center, which provides health services from over 250 specialists, and first homes in Lurich residences.
