FCMC approves AS "Citadele banka" Base Prospectus of Third Unsecured Subordinated Bonds Programme
On 3 March 2020 the Council of the Financial and Capital Market Commission of Latvia approved the Base Prospectus of EUR 30,000,000 Third Unsecured Subordinated Bonds Programme of Citadele banka, consequently allowing the bank to launch the public offering of subordinated bonds.
More detailed information regarding the offering of Citadele’s subordinated bonds will follow shortly.
