On September 15, 2022, JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca received a message from commercial banks servicing the issuer's accounts about the suspension of operations related to payment of the issuer's obligations to third parties, at the request of the State Revenue Service. JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca did not receive any messages from the State Revenue Service.
As of September 15, 2022, JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca has no debts related to the administration of the State Revenue Service.
On September 16, 2022, JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca sent a request for communications to the State Revenue Service to clarify the reason for the actions of the State Revenue Service.
As of September 20, 2022, JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca did not receive any response from the State Revenue Service.
The issuer will publish additional information after receiving clarifications.
