Changes in AS "mogo" Board of Directors
AS "mogo" informs, that as of September 25, 2018, the composition of its Board of Directors has been changed. Juris Pārups has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Therefore, Edgars Egle, the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of AS “mogo” has been released from his duties and is no longer a member of the Board of Directors of AS “mogo”.
Juris Pārups is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics and also has received MBA degree in IMD Business School in Switzerland. From December 2017, Juris is the Chief Operating Officer of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia. Juris has several years of experience in executive and financial advisory in companies such as The Boston Consulting Group London office, and as well in KPMG Riga office.
