On November 4, 2024, the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing and Surveillance Committee decided to terminate the trading of ELMO Rent AS shares on the First North list, effective from November 6, 2024. This decision is based on various regulatory non-compliance issues, including deadlines with which we have faced challenges in ensuring compliance.
We recognize that this decision may raise questions and concerns among our shareholders and partners who have supported our efforts and growth. ELMO Rent AS deeply values the support of its shareholders and partners, and we are confident that this step will allow us to focus on further developing the company and creating new investment opportunities (e.g., venture capital investors who do not invest in publicly listed companies).
