Frigate AS informs about the election of the Chairman of the Council and the Deputy Chairman of the Council. The composition of the Council of Frigate AS is as follows:

• Nils Olov Torgny Danhill – Chairman of the Council;
• Aleksander Letovaltsev – Deputy chairman of the Council;
• Sergey Gulkin – Member of the Council.

Frigate AS also informs about the changes in its Board: Dmitry Solovyev was removed from the Board and Pavel Dushin was appointed as the Chairman of the Board, thus the composition of the Board of Frigate AS is as follows:

• Pavel Dushin – Chairman of the Board with the right of sole representation of the company;
• Armands Bušs – Member of the Board with the right of sole representation of the company;
• Kseniia Dushina – Member of the Board with the right of sole representation of the company.

Information about changes in the Council and Board of Frigate AS was submitted to the Register of Enterprises today, 15 August 2022.
