Listing of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS additional shares on Baltic Main List

On December 19, 2024, the Management Board of Nasdaq Tallinn decided to approve the listing application of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS and to list its 620,544 additionally issued shares on Baltic Main List.

The aforementioned shares of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS will be listed presumable on December 30, 2024 or on a date close to it.
Thus, altogether 11,440,340 shares of EfTEN Real Estate Fund (ISIN: EE3100127242) will be traded under the trading code EFT1T on or about December 30, 2024.
