The General Meeting will be held in the Q2 of 2024, with more detailed information to be published no later than the deadlines set out in the Commercial Code.
Cessation of publication of quarterly sales performance stock market announcements
According to Punktid, the financial year reports and interim reports on the financial results of 6 months reflect the financial results of Punktid with sufficient frequency and thoroughness, while remaining comprehensive and compact. Therefore, in order to save economic costs and maximize profit, Punktid will not disclose stock market announcements about quarterly sales results.
