Riga, 2021-09-06 10:45 CEST --

On the 3 September 2021, the shareholder`s meeting of the Latvian financial service company AS DelfinGroup approved the financial results of the first half of 2021, and it was decided to pay out EUR 431 thousand in second-quarter dividends or EUR 0.011 per share. As a result, by the end of September 2021, the total dividends paid out this year will reach EUR 3.2 million or EUR 0.08 per share. It is expected that the quarterly dividends will be paid out by 30 September.

Didzis Ādmīdiņš, Chairman of the Management Board of AS DelfinGroup: “During the second quarter of 2021, DelfinGroup continued on the path of steady growth in all primary business segments: consumer loans, pawn loans and the sale of pre-owned goods. It is encouraging that the company is growing as expected and in accordance with the 2022 and 2024 financial and long-term development targets of the company. For a considerable time, we have been known as a company that pays dividends regularly. After the planned IPO on the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange, we will become one of the very few companies on the Baltic Stock Exchange which pays sizeable dividends to its shareholders on a quarterly basis. The regular payment of dividends is a strategic decision of AS DelfinGroup and after the initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange, this long-term policy is expected to be attractive to new investors as well.”

In March 2021, ASDelfinGroup announced its plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange in the second half of 2021. LHV Bank and the law firm Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns are acting as ASDelfinGroup IPO advisors.
