Taaleri Group records a profit of EUR 8.3 million following an earn-out from the sale of a renewable energy project development portfolio
On 5 July 2023, Taaleri announced that the SolarWind III Fund had acquired a renewable energy project development portfolio from Taaleri Energia. The projects in the acquired portfolio have proceeded according to plan, and Taaleri considers the realization of the earn-out related to the transaction as likely. Taaleri Group records a profit of EUR 8.3 million from the earn-out in the third quarter of 2024. The earn-out will be paid later once all related conditions have been fulfilled.
