Changes in UAB Modus Grupė management
The supervisory board of UAB Modus Grupė adopted the decision to revoke Ruslan Sklepovič from the Board effective as of 6 December 2024 who will continue to work on the board of Green Genius International B.V., while attorney at law Inga Čiagienė is elected as a new member of the board.
The current composition of UAB Modus Grupė board is: Ainė Martinkėnaitė-Martyniuk (Chair of the Board), Oleg Martyniuk, Erika Huhtala and Inga Čiagienė.
