Medicinos bankas Notification on material event Vilnius, Aug. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 10th of August 2018 the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC Medicinos bankas (hereinafter - the Bank) made a decision regarding the amount of 1 000 057,86 EUR, previously paid by Bank's shareholder Saulius Karosas, to increase reserve capital of the Bank instead of the previously planned increase of authorized capital by issuing of new shares. Despite the changes made to accelerate the capital strengthening process of the Bank, this contribution will strengthen the same Tier I capital. After capital strengthening procedure the Bank capital adequacy ratio will reach 18.02%.
